He still posts, but he's been busy researching and drawing the artwork for the 3rd Rail E7s. See Scott Mann's April 11 2011 post on the 3RS sub-forum here:

It has been a while since I've been on here. Bob is correct, I am working desperately to finish some work for Scott, but life is quite busy these days in general. TCA has kept me fairly busy and in January my company made a decision to fire my employee for all the right reasons and I'm doing his job too now. Not much time for my own trains. In fact my train room has seen no activity this year at all!

In the meantime, here is a teaser of what I've been up to. Thanks for asking!
