produce a new Legacy Allegheny anytime soon?
When I search for Allegheny on the Lionel product site, all that comes up for Legacy is the H-7 version, which I believe was the forerunner to the Allegheny in the prototype, correct?
Anyone know if they have any plans?

It's just a Mather of time before they make this again .. Main reason I havnt bought the jlc one..
I sure am hoping that it's in the new catalog!

As soon as Lionel stops building bigboys and challengers ( and berkshires and mohawks) we should see an allegheny. Maybe even a $2500 VL version
You will undoubtedly see it, just not sure exactly when. It is a very popular engine and if you remember, Lionel chose to do it before the BB.

Maybe if they try real hard they can move the bar up to $3,000.
