Lights and couplers are functioning ... the motors are not. However, its fully functional in Command. Any ideas?

K-Line Funits can be a little weird due to their many possible configurations. Check the instruction sheet (attached). Hope this helps!

PS These instructions are for conventional operation. They may not apply for TMCC.

Chris, this is a command version, so those instructions really don't apply.
Rob, this almost surely is an issue with the K-Line cruise module configuration. I've seen this exact issue, and I was unable to get conventional operation out of it. I've attached a link to some K-Line instructions, see if any of this helps you.
