I bought this engine new when they first came out. I ran it many,many, many hours. A few years ago I remade my old layout and got back into it. Here’s my question. Should this engine that ran for many hours in the forward direction preform better in reverse on my newly built test track? It seems as though it runs about a quarter to a third better in reverse than forward. If my memory serves me correctly from 20 years ago it always took less power to run at a comparable speed in reverse🤔
