I recently found this K-Line Torpedo for sale and was wondering if anybody knew if it could be upgraded to Railsounds or Realsounds. I looked at the listing and it said it has an operating digital whistle. I did some research and I found that Signalsounds can be upgraded to Railsounds or Realsounds, but this doesn’t mention anything about that. Any help would be appreciated.

You could use the ERR Railsounds Commander to upgrade it to Railsounds. That gives you the bell and whistle and also the chuffing. Without a command upgrade, you can't access the stuff like crew-talk, etc.
