I have a partially started Honest John AND original Bekins trailer I would like to sell. $54.95 for both. the trailer alone is worth it.
SOLD
Lee ,yes i have seen your pictures, i asked then what kinda tyres you were using
i solved it by removing the plastic on a lathe and put on tyres from norscot
the green one with norscot tyres, the yellow one with the origional plastic tyres

That's a pretty truck, that B Model. Good to see it true to the breed with spoke wheels.
The only thing missing for our trucks are late 50's thru 1960's era Goodyear Super Hi-Miler tires in both rib treads for the steer axles and lug treads for drive axles.
Those tires would be nice thanks I hope to finish it soon and post it
Where can I find one of these kits? eBay or hobby shop?
which kit?
Moonlight. Nice build. What are you going to use for a windshield?
george
the kit i am building is a revell kit, if you crol up i have put in a picture, i am using this kit to do some scratch building
for the revell kit, ebay is one sourse you can find them, a hobby shop maybe, i am living in europe, so i don't know
the Mack from Lee is not realy a kit, it's from Don Mills, http://donmillsmodels.com/

Lee
looking good your Mack, is the frame also coming from Don?
yes i will have to order one from Don a mack to start building one.
don't know if berkshire is going to offer those dolly's again, they say that they are going to do a dump truck and a tow truck.
the stake bed and the pickup are back again, in production

Cor that trailer is looking great very nice and clean work. I like those Norscot tires can you buy them by separately? Do you need more revell wheels I have a bunch Lee
hi Lee
yes i buy the tires seperate, don't know if they are easy to buy in the states.
i think the shipping cost will be a killer for those wheels, i am living in the Netherlands.
finished the paintjob, and assambled the trailer.
i will ad some dirt and rust later.
now it's time to finish the flat bed trailer.
