Made my first purchase from Nassau and I wanted to publicly express my thanks to all the employees for an outstanding experience. I ordered a lighting kit for an MTH dummy and placed the order in the afternoon. By the next day the item was on my front porch. The ordering process was very easy, the e-mail communication concerning the order was excellent and every step of this process was very seamless and right on point. This definitely will not be my last order!

Carlie, Chris and the whole crew are top notch folks.
Both Chris and Charlie work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Service is consistently good and attitude toward customers is great.
Nassau Hobbies has become my fav. mail order hobby shop.
BTW, if you go to York, stop by and see Chris (Charlie may be there ) in the Orange Hall--you'll always get some good train conversation.
Are the word's KUDOS & HAIKU in the dictionary? Where did these word's come from?
Yes, they are.
Ya gotta get back on those meds, Eddie! They'll help calm down those pre-York jitters that are affecting your posts.
Chris and Charlie are top notch. I believe the mid week Haiku will give Kudos to them both
There is a candy/granola bar hybrid called Kudos, but I don't know if any Haikus were ever written about it. Probably something about sticking to the teeth would apply.
On the original topic, Charlie and Chris and pretty much all of they staff at NH are top notch.

1 [koo-dohz, -dohs, -dos, kyoo-]Eddie, has eatten too much "Olive Garden" food!. Thank you everyone, we are back in the swing after the most stressful two months of renovations (pictures latter today). We are fully open (closing around 2pm tomorrow as Chris gets married) and welcome everyone to stop in and she the new look. We will be planning an event after the new layout gets built (3x's the size of the old). Trying to get Magnetta to show up but she dosn't answer my phone calls these days. :-(
Charlie,
Please tell Chris congratulations for me on gettng married. Also, I think we can sue Magnetta for not responding to you. On the other hand, I think Magnetta is smart for avoiding you
And Lastly, I was not asleep at Gerry's party last Saturday while talking to Marty Fitzhenry.
Have a great labor day weekend.

Wow! $40 savings on a US Military 4-4-0 General I'm contemplating. Guess I'll have to bookmark this place.
I must say these guys are great! I came into the store during the middle of the renovation and I had no idea that they weren't really open but not closed. There was a gentleman named Steve I think, who answered every mundane question I had. Had patience and helped me. He repaired my Lionel LIRR M-7 car and I even bought a MTH RTR CSX inter-modal set. I cant wait for my next purchase through these guys which will be the MTH MP 15 LIRR engine. And if funds allow it a DCS remote system! I am now an official train nut!
