One side wont power up at all. I was moving things around to make more room and when I hooked everything back up B side does not work. I looked at the rollers and they looked very short but ( I don't know). How much to have new rollers put in?

I just added a series of KW repair pages to my site.
It's not quite complete but there might be enough to get you started
I took it apart and looked at the roller and the looked like little wheels and both work across the coil but never checked the connections, although I did look at them. They are not loose on the outside. Thanks I will check them again.
