Help needed opening Golden Gate Depot Super Chief car

Help needed opening Golden Gate Depot Super Chief car. I did a search and could not find any threads here. I have taken out as many screws as I could find but the interior only slides an inch or two and gets stuck. I cannot figure out how to take the trucks off or if I even need to. Any suggestions much appreciated.
