Lackawanna 2321 maroon flat paint

Recently purchased Trainmaster Lackawanna 2321 with maroon roof with flat paint. I would like to touch up the missing paint on the tops of the exhaust stacks. Does anyone sell this flat maroon paint in a spray can? Talked to one dealer at York last week that could produce the gloss finish but didn't know about the flat finish.
