I can't wait to try some of the stuff you've shown. Nice video! I don't think we realized the full potential of the fully functional death...er I mean sensor track.
Very cool, Chris. I like the idea of ping-ponginga continuously repeating action with the control passing back and forth between two SensorTracks.
Nice demo Chris. I thought for sure you were going to crease the wall on the first curve!

Yes that video looked close but back when the Big Boys arrived I seen a video of Chris's brand new Vision Big Boy going FAST at the curve. I really started to cringe, but it made it.

Great demo.
I noticed you modified the sensor to fit under Ross / or Gargraves track. Did it fit perfectly, or did you have to dig into the homosote for the sensor track to fit under your track? I use GarGraves track which is mounted on homosote without cork road bed. I would have modify the sensor track in a similar fashion.
I have LCS, but have not tried the sensor track yet. Looks like it would add some neat features.
Its too high of a profile to slide under I actually cut all the way through the homasote and OSB t I was just going to clear the amount of homasote needed but then thought what if I needed to get the the connectors or if the sensor failed. Easier to access it from the bottom than lift track.
It has like 10 scale feet of clearance
For Atlas track with cork roadbed, it fit perfectly by just removing the rails and knocking the little alignment nubs off the top.
Thanks for sharing. I really like the use of technology and the way it seems to ftransition seamlessly with the different track style. I am thinking of integrating my command fastback components in a similar fashion especially the switches because I love the no wires needed with my fastrak command switches. Even though I am not crazy about how the switches look they work flawlessly with automation. I would really like if some of the other manufacturers could (or would be allowed?) to incorporate the no wires tech into their switching technology. Thanks again for sharing.

Thanks, i like the idea cutting the homosote and osb to accessing it from the bottom. I will give that a try.
Once I lifted it from the bottom I put a dab of hot glue to hold it to the rails. Eventually I will put a piece of construction foam beneath it to support it better
LCS WiFi and sensor track on order. Looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for posting your demo!
One I did last night for a friends layout.
A little ballast and you'll never know it's there.
