Hello all

Thanks for looking and trying to help me.

I went ahead and performed the 1.51 upgrade last weekend, I tested my SD mac 80, AC44 and a New ac6000. all worked great and still do.

Today I fired up a lashup of 3  - AC 6000's engines all legacy (One a superbass). Ran great before the upgrade. Now I have  Two issues 1- When I press aux 2  the head light come on and off, also the back up lights come on at the same time  as a  strobe light. Flashing fast, see video.  Also the oscillating lights don't oscillate (flash back and forth)  when you blow the horn on one side of the lash up. They not coming on at all on the other side of the lash up. This just work perfect before the upgrade.

I will reload the modules tomorrow.Perhaps a factory reset?

Any advise?

Thanks in advance.

pressing Aux2 the head light is turned on or off.

 oscillating ditch lights are turned on, turn them off by holding aux2 down for 3 seconds to produce another screen and push the ditch light icon off. see page 84 here;

http://www.lionel.com/media/se...7V15LEGACYManual.pdf

ditch light switch works backward meaning off makes them flash and on is on all the time.

when you built the lash up you need to turn on horn at bottom of screen of second or other engines.

The ditch lights cycle though a few states...

Off, off until horn blows and then oscillate, on and oscillate with horn, always on.

You just need push the on and off buttons for ditch lights to cycle through them.

As bigdodge said, tapping AUX2 will toggle the headlights.  Push and hold will bring up the menu for expanded lighting functions.

The flashing looks like it maybe a signal issue.

Everything else responds ok? What happened to me what's the headlight would flicker or strobe like you say. I could get it to start up but after that nothing. It would sit there and idell. What I found was the U post connection internally was bad. When i would hold my finger on the post with a little pressure it would reposnd. Sent it back to Lionel and they fixed it and the charging circut.

All ran fine then the 1.51 Upgrade and first run of the AC 6000 lash up where it seat on the layout and the head light strobe issue happened. It run fine. Never made it to the layout today.

When head lights turned on the  rear light on back strobes/flashing on all three engines

One power engine - one dummy with lights and smoke - one superbass with lights and smoke.

Going to reload module and adjust with turn on horn at bottom of screen of second or other engines.

All other engines are fine. These AC6000 is from the 2008 catalog.

Thanks for reading and trouble shooting with me.
