legacy dummy trucks to frame solved

I have picked up some parts for a legacy A6000 which I would like to convert to a dummy. The frame has the opening for the trucks and they plug in but what hold them in if the pivot 90 degrees?

Found the solution: there are 2 numbs on the mounting plate. Both needed to be depressed a little. Got a punch and gave them a few taps and now it will not rotate out on its own.
