Legacy remote problems

I just installed a Lionel Legacy control system. All keys work except numbers 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 0. Keys 3, 6 and 9 work perfectly fine. What's the fix or do I need a new remote?

Hope that wasn’t brand new. If so I’d see if your dealer would swap it out. Otherwise just call Lionel and get a RA number. Lionel has been fixing these under “warranty” no matter how old they are.
Just FYI I called Lionel yesterday for Customer Service was about a 20-30 minute wait.
