Just arrived at a friends house. Opened the box and the front truck is just dangling, only held on by the pickup wire.
Does anyone have the diagram and know how this goes together? His last 3 Lionel products have been the incorrectly painted T&P F units, the Santa Fe Alcos that reset to engine 1, and now this. Let's just say he's way past being unhappy with the lack of quality control at Lionel. If any can assist us that would be great. Thanks!

From some other pictures of those that I've seen, its broken. The key shaped tab on the bottom of the frame should be connected to the top of the truck. If you look at the edge of it, you'll probably see bare diecast where it cracked off. The rest of it is going to still be in the top of the truck. It seems like a common issue.
Lionel knows how it goes back together. Box it back up and request an RA and let them fix it.
