I purchased a new Legacy SF F3 AA and power B in the postwar scheme from the 2010 catalog. When I set the engines 3 feet apart and run them in "train" configuration the engines always end up with in an inch of each other after one loop of track. (approximately 70 feet of track. They seem to keep the correct separation below "normal speed" but not at "normal speed" and above. My other newer legacy f units in same configuration will keep the same separation distance at all railroad speeds. All momentum settings are the same And both are set to "Odyssey on" position.
Is going from a 3 foot separation to almost zero separation in 70 feet of track acceptable?
