Dave managed to get the swinging bell in these. I'm looking forward to it

If they are in stock on Lionel store, then soon, if not then later
I think my local shop goes through some other distributor or something because I usually get my stuff the month following Lionel's shipping schedule.
So I assume I'll see it in January.
I'm excited to see them though. I have high hopes for these locos!
Hey Rick, did you get the NYC version?
Well I just heard from Ro requesting payment.
Hopefully these turned out o.k.🤞
UPS scheduled to deliver mine today.
Are they all going to have the giant tender? I'd get a PRR, but not with that tender, there are no examples I can find of those in service.

I think this is the excuse your looking for? Not exact, but a high coal bunker.
@NYC Fan Lucky guy! Let us know how it is!!

Getting closer... 🤣

There's video of the Washington terminal version on YT .
I'm not thrilled about the tether. Dave said it would be as it is. However, some shrink wrap would have neatened things up.
The silver handrails will have to get painted, along with the driver tires.
I'll wait for Skips opinion.

What did you search to find it?
Ditto that - I'm not finding it either.

I found it right after I posted that. Thanks!
That is a ghastly tether, you weren't kidding. I couldn't hear a smoke unit whizzing along though so that seems to be a good think. Looks like opening roof hatches too, which is cool. I agree on the painting though.
Hopefully Skip has good news and videos.
What in the world is going on with the handrails? Are we going back in time once again? That looks terrible and is inexplicable. That makes them look thicker than they need to be. It looks like an engineering prototype, TBH.
