They both have gas you don't want to breath?
Adriatic - nice Zappa reference in your scene.

Does Humor Belong In Model Railroading?" :D
I really ate beef chorizo & mole'/adobo; si, me-o' el polo del gondola
then I really Weaseled up some orange marmalade & "Creamcheese" CREPES. And ate myself into .... Oblivion (Rats...No muffin mix and outa that Alch-y the Giraffe brand whipped cream too he muttered as he befuddlingly shook the crumbs from his pink napkin )
Father Vivian Oblivion, shows a tender to his flock.....
Hay, if Watermelons fit into O gondolas, Easter would be just that much more interesting too.
Some FZ fans might even guess why my little bro's giraffe and Fortescue the giraffe tend to hang around stinkin' up the joint ( bad lactose genes? )
By summers end ...... you'll not believe it; he "operates" now
I chose watching Frank play over my Thanksgiving dinners; he played unpublicized shows in Detroit ("to give thanks") I was always there. One time he peeled potatoes silently for an hour until the "idiots" boo-ed and left. He said he just wanted to know who his friends were and proceeded to wipe the floor with our jaws. Much of Freak Out & Apostrophe got played,..and a short God/Hilliard imitation too (World's Greatest Sinner movie).
I really did make the dinner and creamcheese pancakes earlier 😁

Ron,
I was rooting for "Old 13," glad she won!
George,
A Plasticville plastic surgery, that's brilliant haha!
Mike,
I agree, he does look like he's stoned.

As Rob previously posted his Dynamic Duo, I decided that my layout needed them too!
The Caped Crusader and Boy Wonder are scaling the side of the building to capture The Penguin and his crooks.
I have added some “life” to my scene via a sound system which plays a Holiday themed clip from the 60s Batman Series (I plan on doing a review on this sound system in the near future). The last thing I need for this scene is Santa sticking his head out of the window (figure is currently in the post).

Dave,
I have not had scrapple in a long time, now I'm hungry!

I could not find any scrapple today at IGA so I got some liver pudding; it's a Southern thing. It is almost as good as scrapple.

Absolutely beautiful work Don! Who is the manufacture of the vehicle in the image?

John's Sausage has the best liver pudding. Neese's has too much cornmeal if you ask me

Unfortunately, Neese's is all that my local IGA carries.
Bryce, I have no idea who made the little flat bed truck. Bought 6 of them at a train meet years ago. Bought them to work a lumber yard. The were very cheap. Don

My heart goes out to you Dave.

Gotcha, I'll have a look on 'da-Bay, maybe something similar will be there. Also, I would love to see your entire ghost town!

Wow, Scale Rail, that's pretty bold, imaginative, and skilled artistry. Wow, indeed.

Keep me posted on your sound system. I've done a number of them for many of the train manufacturers. It would be fun to compare notes. Some are even 16 bit audio.

Don, that looks amazing! I especially love the image with the cemetery in the foreground. All you need is some ghost hunters haha!

For Peep's sake, I carrot believe its Easter! I become egg-static any time I get the chance to use a pun

Lou, I don't know if you have hear of this system before: the EZ Sound Box (made by Invite by Voice LLC). Stumbled across it on the forum (before I made an account), I believe the thread had to do with adding sounds to a baseball field? I have not opened one up yet to take a look inside, its on my list of things to do (I finished my spring semester yesterday and now have some free time yay!).

You need to keep the squirrels away Bill. They might eat your railroad's valuable cargo!

This picture gave me an idea. Gondola filled with "water" and have Nessie sticking out.
I have the gondola, all I need is the water, a sea monster, and some time.

Can't remember who it was but someone had sound files you could use with different scenes on the layout. One in particular was for a jug band.

Nicely done Bryce! I like the addition of the Penguin and the soundtrack. You’ll have to post again in December

That film was one of if not the best comedic films ever made. They couldn't reproduce a film like that today as it would be sooooooooooo offensive to some folks and more importantly we don't have comic's of that caliber today to do the film. Many are simply fakes and are terrible actors.
@scale rail posted:I love the movie "It's a Mad, Mad. Mad, Mad World". I have a Cinerama 70mm print.
"Its a Mad, Mad. Mad, Mad World" is one of my favorite movies! The $32 question: Do you have the big W on the layout?
@TrainsRMe posted:I had one of those digital sound modules in the shack, so you could press a button and hear a section of Grandpa Jones' rendition of "That Good Old Mountain Dew". The closeup shot I posted didn't show the two hillbillies on the ground chuggin' some squeezins.
My family introduced me to Grandpa Jones and many other country singers at a very young age. I am an avid fan of "Hee-Haw" and watch it all the time on RFD-TV. "Hey Grandpa, what's for supper?"

These darned bigfoot (or bigfeet?) are everywhere! But..... This Texas Ranger, who somehow wandered all the way up to the northeast in the middle of winter, is not scared of him!
These Hobos are having a great time on the top of a bridge but they should be careful. It is a long way down into the fridge water!
