I just did a upgrade. The lights were all working, I disconnected them drilled holes for the marker lights used hot glue to hold them in place. I had glued the other lights before I drill the holes the marker light holes. Fired things up, the head light in front & the mars light in the rear do not work.

I take it this is a plastic shell diesel? Marker still work so nothing from the hot glue.
Are the connectors all plugged in (12 nd 8 pin)? No pushed out pins on the 2 pin connectors? The purple wires are properly connected in the harness wire nut? No damaged wire?
You could can test the headlight and the MARS light by unplugging the 2 pin and plugging into the battery charge port to see if the battery makes the bulb glow. If the bulb is good check out the harness well.
You can do a feature reset to see if that turns them on. G
