Lionchief 2.0 GG-1 | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Cannot seem to find specific information on the Lionchief 2.0 GG-1. All the descriptions seem to follow a generic format including steam chuffs, diesel revs, strobe lights, etc. What type of sound does this GG-1 emit ? Does it have marker lights, ditch lights, strobe lights ? One or two motors? Thanks for any help.
