I have a LC Hogwart's set that has no chuff. I checked the continuity of the Sound ON/OFF switch to the board, so it's getting the sound enable command. I 'scoped the optical chopper signal coming to the board, and the 5V signal is making it all the way to the board with a nice clean signal. Other than the actual logic board, is there any other thing that could prevent the chuff from being recognized? All the other audio features work, horn, bell, crew-talk, etc. Bluetooth or LC remote work fine.

I blame He who should not be named...
John, in the LC App there are 4 individual volume slider controls. One for each type of sound: Whistle, Bell, Announcements, and Chuff.
In the app, click the speaker Icon. That will bring up the different sound options.
Already checked, they're at full volume.
Since this sounds like it could be a logic issue, in the interest of trying everything short of replacing the board, did you try lowering and then raising the chuff volume slider in the app?
Is there a reset/reload/reflash that can be performed on these boards?
Maybe try holding your wand in the other hand.
AAMOF, I did tinker with all the sliders, and all the others affected the sounds, but the chuff didn't bring back anything.
I'll take the wand position under consideration, I know just where to stick it.
