Hello everyone, Recently purchased this Penn Flyer used, motor is locked up/ frozen. Is there a procedure I can follow to fix or is this for a service specialist? I pushed on the wheels to unfreeze and it worked for about a minute and then locked up again. I have placed a drop of oil on all the wheel axles. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
