I picked up a Lionel 154 from a friend and the paint is in pretty good condition but the pilots are missing. anybody make repo parts for this. not sure how they were fastened or if the were part of the frame and someone cut them off. it runs great and has a Pullman and two door baggage car with it.

Never seen pilot part for separate sale , looking at pictures seems like but not sure they may have been soldered on. The pilot and the plate under ends of cab are 1 piece and look like they are fastened to rest of frame.
Best bet would be to find used frame intact but mind you the 154 came 2 ways 1 was narrow frame and the other was a slightly wider frame which i had years ago. Your cab probably would fit on either as the frame was either narrow or wider width wise not length wise.
You could possibly get some sheet metal and cut one out and solder on i did this with a missing roof on a 156 electric copying the exact size from another 156 i have .
The 154 is the 2nd largest of the 150 series engines the largest being the 156 .
These engines came from the 700 series engines .
