Lionel 18136 Santa Fe B unit 2343, how do I set up with my post-war engines

Hello all,

I have the subject B unit TMCC and would like to know really how to set it up running my post-war 2353 Santa Fe AA to get get the TMCC sounds. The owner's manual just confuses me as far as conventional running. Any information would be appreciated.
