I have this engine, which will not move in conventional or TMCC. There are no boards for this engine because of its age. Besides putting it in the garbage, what can I do with it?

Electric Railroad has boards to replace the R2LC and Motor driver. They have Railsounds boards as well but those are not direct fit.
Otherwise sell it, it still has value.

Thanks for the information. Do you know what the estimated value is broken?
Without seeing it its hard to estimate. I know what I would give for it. PM me if you want to discuss it further as this is not the right forum for that.

I have both the R2LC and the back-EMF motor driver that is used in that locomotive, so it can be fixed.
It listed for $450, so I would guess maybe $300 if it ran. Then subtract maybe $150 + worth of err fixit stuff and it comes out to around $150, including shipping conus, broken.
