Lionel 2023 UP Excursion set Flag car derailing

Hi everyone,

I recently  purchased the Lionel Union Pacific Exursion passenger car set for my upcoming Big Boy. The Flag car seems to have a flaw with one set of trucks that is causing it to derail on curves.  Two of the wheels on one set of the trucks will not seat all the way on the rail. I have 084 and 072 curves, it does slightly better on the 084 curves, but still derails.  I have attached some pictures. I am wondering if anybody has any Ideas for a fix, or will I need to send it back? Thank you in advance, anyone who has some advice.

Send it back!!! Clearly bent from some sort of damage. Lionel setup this system of them handling ANY AND ALL warranty repairs- so by all means use it.
