Thank you all.

It is based on a NYC prototype, although the headlight looks unique to the Lionel B&O version in the catalog.

Does anyone know where I could find pictures of this B&O loco and/or if #1315 (Lionel loco) is a real B&O 4-6-0?

Check with the B&O Historical Society.

The book titled " The Royal Blue Line" by Herbert Harwood has a nice photo of a B -14 B&O ten wheeler #1322 taken at the lower level of Camden Station.  Unfortunately I can't post it due to copyright laws.  If you have access to the book, check it out.  It contains a historical timeline of all the locomotives used for the Royal Blue from the trains inaugural run until its final year.
