Well, the hits just keep on comin’.  My Flyonel oil derrick has been sitting in a corner of my table for a good 17 years.  It has never been hooked up, never even tried but plenty dusty.  I noticed about a third of the fluid is gone from the tube.  Is this something that just happens with age?  Is there a way to refill it?  The bubbling is very weak compared to the Gilbert Water Tower.

I definitely have had the repro blues.  The M&M loader works well now and is a big hit with our granddaughter.  On the thread about Xmas layouts tells the story of our having to buy another pre-lite tree at the last minute.  We were lucky to get the floor sample.

I will see if Doug Peck has replacement tubes.  Imagine sealed tubes with evaporation problems.  The bulb is covered by a small metal plate, so to adjust it I guess I have to take the plate off?
