Lionel 6315 S.U.N.X. tank car in black

I picked this car up in a collection but can't identify it. I've done searches on Google and the Bay and cannot find this car. It is marked on the ends that it is Lionel.

Well that explains why I couldn't find it. Whoever did this put a LOT of work in because I had no idea it wasn't factory original. I kind of figured it was an MPC piece that just didn't show up in my search.
