At the last TCA Meet in York, I purchased a heavy box of Prewar O Scale parts particularly to get a 1940 era Scalecraft Hudson that was in pieces in the box. The NYC tender was missing but there was also a cast aluminum tender shell that looked like it was made for the Scalecraft ATSF Mikado. The tender trucks attached to the shell are diecast 6 Wheel Commonwealth tender trucks with components marked 700E and I expect they were produced for the prewar Lionel 700E Hudson. I have no interest in them and would like to see them go to someone who has a 700E that is need of restoration. They have diecast scale wheels marked 700E and do not appear to be insulated for 2 rail.
I will certainly accept a reasonable offer for them. I have purchased a diecast scale Williams Hudson tender and have already converted the Williams trucks to 2 rail operation so these Lionel trucks are surplus to me.
Thanks,
