I am in the process of converting a Milwaukee Road U33c to DCC operation. I need to know both the voltage and current requirements of the smoke unit and fans to insure that the decoder can handle the task. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You probably won't find a decoder that fits that will drive the smoke unit. Aftermarket HO decoders don't support smoke units and O scale decoders are likely too big. Having said that, the easiest thing to do is put it on the track with the shell off and measure the volts and amps at the smoke unit.
