Yes you did here that. I also put captions into the video so it's easier to follow along.
Very thorough review. I was wondering if you would pick up about the inside bearing trucks, which you did. Thanks.
BTW, these are standard equipment on the New Haven to Springfield shuttle, with a Genesis on the other end and an Amfleet coach in the middle. The cab cars are very nice riding, especially on the new track. They are now over 50 years old!

Yeah I knew that I had to bring that up, because otherwise somebody else would have in the comments.
I'd like to find one of these, but every time I see one come up for sale, it goes for astronomical prices.

I know right? I'm glad I picked mine up back in 2011, the guy I bought mine from was extremely stern on the price. Which I believe was around 100 dollars on the Bay.
Last time I saw one go, it was three times that!

There was a pre-owned one that sold on the Bay for around 500 dollars, and 2 other ones for around 300 dollars. It's pretty ridiculous that people are actually paying the prices they are for these, especially since the Amfleet Controlled End Car doesn't even have a command system in it.
Yep, and I'm not the person that's going to pay those premiums. I thought I was being foolish setting my snipe at $155, I felt like a sucker even then. Imagine my surprise when it rocketed right past that number and then doubled it!
That pre-owned one which just sold for just over $500 was mine. The amount surprised and pleased me. I was hoping on getting $300. Getting $500 for a used one, WOW! I have another one that needs some leaf switch adjustments before I decide if I'm keeping or selling it. Then I have a junk unit that is missing the pcb board, strobe light bar and the truck skirting. This might be a good unit for a mini commander EX. Which can provide command control lighting direction and horn activated ditch lights.

I guess you had no control over what the price would be for the listed item, since it was an auction.
Yes. It was an auction. I didn't set a reserve. It could have sold for $10, $100. I was willing to let the market decide based on the demand of this item.
