I bought new in the box an UP E-7 from a shop that is not qualified to make repairs. The loco ran fine until a "buzz" became audible after a slight collision with another loco.(no derailments). I opened the loco after this looking for a loose screw/board, I did find a window loose laying inside. I ended up with 4 loose windows which I glued back. Upon assembly and rerailing, I could not obtain command control of the loco. I tried to program the loco again, but was unsuccessful. Lionel will not repair, since it is too old. Does any one know of a qualified service station I can send this loco for repair?
