Lionel Grain of Wheat Bulbs?

I have an early to mid ‘90s Lionel track inspection vehicle. I think model 610-8423; orange with “Lionel Track Testing Equipment” lettered on the sides. The headlamp and taillight bulbs have begun to burn out and I would like to replace them. They are “grain of wheat” bulbs all connected in parallel so probably rated 18 volts. The Lionel part number is 600-8516-009. What is the spec for the Lionel bulb? Does anyone know a source for these bulbs? What is approximate cost?

Nels: While I don't have the bulb specs from Lionel, I would surmise they are rated for 18 volts. Any hobby shop that carries parts should be able to come up with these; Miniatronics is one hobby shop line for electrical products.

If room permits, you may want to replace with an LED and be done with the bulb hassle.

The Lionel parts site lists an alternative part number of 610-1203-301, which is available for $1.50. The picture below also gives the spec information.
