Lionel's iCAB app is now FREE on the App Store.
Did I miss when this was announced, or was there no announcement? In any case, I applaud the move.
I think many folks feel some resistance to paying $50 for an app. FREE is a lot better! 
I think it's also a good move for Lionel. Rather than trying to profit from the app itself, it makes more sense to encourage its adoption by as many hobbyists as possible. This will lead to more sales of the products (locomotives and others) that really build the bottom line.
