I recently finished interfacing the 34" Millhouse River Studio Turntable with Lionel's Legacy Control System.  The interface is pretty straight forward and easy to wire.  I have included a copy of the instructions for those who may be interested in doing this.  Its very easy to do.  Below are two videos showing how you can control the turntable with the Legacy Remote or an iPad with the LCS software installed.

First, using the Cab2 Remote:

Now using the iPad with the LCS software:

In both instances, the operation is pretty straight forward.  The instructions are very clear on how to set everything up and also the LCS software gives detailed instructions on how to add a turntable to the LCS control panel and add whisker tracks to it.

If you want more information on the turntable from Millhouse River Studio go to the link below:

Hello Daveslie,

Where to connect exactly the white wire?

Thanks

Jean

The white wire from the data driver is connected to a 10k resistor and a 3904 switching transistor.  The two outputs of the switching transistor then are connected to two terminals on the back of the keypad.

Millhouse includes these needed components in the kit to interface the turntable with TMCC / Legacy.  If you click on the diagram above you will see how this all wires up.
