Lionel Legacy Engines

Hi everybody!

I was wondering if the 1.4 version of the Legacy software was needed to run the newer Lionel Legacy engines (from the past year) in command mode?

1.4 just supports the new ZW and added a feature for ERR 100 step mode. That feature doesn't work properly yet, so unless you have the new ZW-L, there's really nothing in 1.4 that you should miss.
