I called them last week fort a RA number which was emailed to me later that day with the standard instructions and the 1 year warranty on products. Told them I have a problem with the boost/brake button that sticks in that mode but the actual button does not stick. It needs to be replaced. I did email Dean Brasseur about it and he said to send the remote in so I called to get a RA number.
