I don’t think they are Joe, ….I know there’s actually two different 622-100’s ….there’s a difference in the casting between 1949-1950……I believe the latter motor in 50 was part number 622-100X, …..but David Johnson is far more expertise in postwar parts, so let’s see if he chimes in for the full story…..

According to my repair manual even though they show different part numbers, they both look like they are "pul-more" motors and they should interchange. I'm sure someone else will confirm or deny that! Good Luck
They are not interchangeable. They mount differently, the castings on the bottom of the motors have major differences. As noted above even the 49 version of the 622-100 is different than the 50+ 622-200x version.
