Lionel made a blue-and-yellow one in 1982 that was approximately scale length, but the hood was wider than scale to accommodate a large single Pullmor motor. I'm not sure whether MTH or any other company ever made an SD40 in Santa Fe scheme. You might check mthtrains.com.
