Lionel Scout Wheels--1654

Guys where can I find replacement wheels. How do I find the pat numbers? I have a 1654 that i am restoring. one set of main wheels have a slightly larger axle. I think someone bored the wheels and bushings. The gear wheel is too loose on the axle and the plain wheel is cracked.

The attachment contains the part numbers for the wheels, axles and bearings for the 1654
