Wondering if anyone knows how long this car is. No item number, just car number 38039.
I have a K-Line Surfliner that needs some company, (really big car, btw) and was wondering if this car is comparable.
Thanks

Thank you guys, for the info. My car is 21" and is an orphan from a set. It came to me as the store I was working for was closing and it had a broken truck and some other issues. I've got it runnable, but it is not 100% yet. Not sure what to do with it, but I think it is pretty cool. Don't know what to think about combining it with the shorter, albeit, not by much, cars. My car is blue and silver. The Surfliner colors, and my story would be, it got lost! lol. Appreciate the info and links. Will have to ponder.
Charly, if you read this article it might make you feel better about mixing your Surfliner with Superliners.
Not sure about the exact size but Atlas made a three car set of 21 inch Amtrak passenger cars, and that would like nice with your Lionel Superliner in my opion

I went the other way. I combined my superliner with 15" alum cars. NYC, dark color style, the 'double-decker' looks like it fits right in place. I bought it because it has 'station sounds'. I run '036' and so far no problems.
