Anyone have info on this lionel railsounds tender? 2671w-6 with 1993 above and no names on sides. Prototype? Thanks in advance for your help. Barry

What you see is exactly the way this was produced and sold. Undecorated.
It has only RailSounds. No TMCC.
It was created as an upgrade to your standard 2671w from back in the day, having modern steam sounds, chuff, bell and whistle. There's no decoration so that you could apply your own and adapt it to your favorite road.

This particular tender usually has a factory flaw, the railsounds chuff tends to 'hiccup' changing speed. So if yours happens to do that, it's not your layout or locomotive that is causing that.
