Hello all, great site for information. I just purchased a brand new VL Big Boy #2019 item# 2331270. This is my first Vision Line, or even Lionel Legacy equipped engine. I do own several Odyssey steamers, so my knowledge of Legacy/VL is limited. I'm a MTH guy, but had to have the new Big Boy. Enough of that though.... I also went out and purchased a brand new in the box Cab II to run this engine (still have my old Cab I Legacy - blue controller) and I noticed the new Big Boy did not come with a memory module. Is there supposed to be a memory module with the latest 2023 Vision Line engines? I see on the web (trainz.com, ebay etc.) Legacy, Lionel Joshua Cowen series and Vision Line come with an orange memory module. In some newer pictures of Lionel Vision Line, some locomotives have a picture of a memory module, and some don't. I went to Lionel website and put in my model # and there is no information on a memory module. So does this locomotive come with a memory module?
