hello everybody! I have a Lionel VL Hudson and absolutely love it. The model is the 5331. I wanted to know if there is anything I can do to increase the volume? Is there a better speaker than can be installed in the coal car?

I think you need to do a little investigation and see what's wrong. The VL-Hudson has dual 40mm Fatboy speakers and all of them that I've seen have plenty of sound volume. Are you sure you have the volume fully up? Start by opening the large hatch cover and rotating the volume up. Then with the remote, try AUX1/"1" a few times to make sure the secondary volume it fully turned up.
