Anyone know if Lionel is having a Warehouse sale this year?

I don’t know if there will be the online parts sale. As for the sale at the warehouse there hasn’t been one since Covid and I doubt it will ever return .
I suspect we'll see a parts sale but I really miss the warehouse sales. A few of us would drive from Western PA, stop at the LCCA early event, spend the night in NC, stop again in the morning and drive back. I think we had more fun of the drive than the sale but both were definitely a lot of fun. Everyone at the warehouse couldn't be nicer. Lionel always did a great job at that event.
That would be a shame, they always had such a good turnout. I used to love getting in on the LCCA day searching thru the big bin of rolling stock for some gems . It would be cool to maybe at least have a smaller version of it in the retail store once a year.
For myself I look forward to the parts sale every year. I know someone will post as soon as they know when it's going to happen.

If memory serves me they do have specials at the store(s) the same weekend as the parts sale now.
The store in NC always has a table out front with discounted trains and stuff. Usually unboxed, possibly repaired items. Got some good deals off that table. Don't know about the TN store.
I tried to get an Amtrak F40PH on an online warehouse sale a number of years back, but it was sold out but the time I got my order in. I did manage to scoop an 86' PRR boxcar though which is the largest car in my collection now. It's fun to pose next to my brass On3 wood boxcar for comparisons sake. I guess I never realized there was an in-person sale too. NC is a bit of drive for me though.
Likely there just isn't quite the inventory to justify a warehouse sale these days. I know in the case of my part time model employer the cupboards are pretty bare. It just doesn't make much business sense to spend money on leasable space for trains that you end up having to discount anyway. Not having inventory is a smart move and ultimately more sustainable for long term health of O scale and O gauge. Still, part of the fun at these kinds of sales is you just never know what you will find.
Had to delete/edit off topic posts. This thread is not about issues having to do with warranties.
