I am trying to assemble a "zoo line" of different animal cars. I have the 3376 ducking Giraffe, a bobbing rhino, a bobbing ostrich, and a ducking elephant.
What other options are out there?

There is a TMCC controlled Lion head car (similar to the TMCC Giraffe Car, but not similar audio - as opposed to the Giraffe talking ("Welcome to Lionellville", "Next Stop York Pennsylvania", etc), the Lion has various roars and possibly some other sounds to the best of my recollection)
Oh, so obviously that means there is a talking TMCC Giraffe car too, but you already had a giraffe version so I didn't think that would be counted as much different for your purposes.
The TMCC Giraffe Car is item # 6-19846.
The TMCC Lion Car is item # 6-19850.

The 3435 aquarium car is always fun and draws a crowd at train shows, but may look a bit goofy and out of scale when put next to your O-27 stock cars with the bobbing animals. If you'd like a challenge you can also try and collect all the variations of the postwar giraffe cars. There are three major versions if my memory serves me correctly. Lionel also made the 6473 horse car with four moving horse heads sticking out of the sides of the car. It is bright yellow and will stand out nicely in a long string of cars. Not sure if these would qualify as "Zoo Cars", but there are also the operating animal cars nos. 3356, 3366, and 3656 which load and unload horses or cattle with their accompanying "corrals". Hope this helps you assemble one heck of a train!

Zach
I have a elephant sweeper car, not TMCC just the old thumbtack on the center rail.

I don't want to be anywhere near that car when they start sweeping out the elephant "stuff"!!

YIKES - more plowing than sweeping!
Similar to the horse car mentioned, there is the Lionel 6-16638 Lionelville circus animal car with different animals. If you include Christmas cars, there are various reindeer cars that are like the giraffe car or the horse car. There is also an Easter car like the giraffe car with a bunny.
I recall that Lionel offered a Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer version a few years ago.
