All the train people in eastern Pa. probably know this, but a "flower child" friend of mine mentioned planning to
go to Longwood Gardens, east of Lancaster, and that they have a G scale "layout" in the Garderns from now until
the holidays. Given that early open shows have dwindled and if you've seen Gettysburg and Lancaster Amish, that
might give you a new sight before Thursday noon. The web site showed Colorado narrow gauge, so...how could you
go wrong

My wife and I visit Longwood frequently. The trains are great but the gardens certainly stand on their own laurels. It's one of the nicest gardens in the world.
They do change the trains regularly.
I was going to say Longwood is south of Lancaster. And it looks like we are both correct; it's south-east. I didn't realize it was so far east.
