Hi all,

For those of you who don't know, I've been in the layout design and construction business for 20+ years.  One of my clients owns a 2500+ sq ft. O-Scale layout known as the Stillson River Railroad.  The Stillson River RR is now being donated to the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum in Salt Lake City, which is just down the street from SLC's Union Station.  The layout is currently in storage in Portland, OR.  My team and I will be moving the layout this summer and re-assembling it at the Children's Museum once the museum space has been prepared.

I'm hoping to find a few interested folks who can help maintain and operate the layout for the museum (possibly in paid positions) once it is reassembled.  To that end, I'd like to hire some local talent in SLC to assist in the re-assembly.  Experience with track work, scenery, and/or carpentry would be beneficial, but not necessary.  I'm happy to teach any person with a genuine interest.

Anyone who is interested or has questions about what would be involved please send me a message through the forum.

Here's a few photos of the Stillson River RR from before dis-assembly...
