Looking for an easy way to model a stream | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I've decided that I need one of the fly fisherman that I saw on the Artista website. If I have a fisherman he's going to need somewhere to fish. Is there a "tar paper road" equivalent to modeling a stream? My natural scenery so far consists of a roll of 4x8 green mat. I'm not looking for anything super realistic but I also don't want it to look cheesy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try Modge-Podge LUSTRE (gloss) which you can get at Michaels or AC Moore. Just shape out your stream, put in some weeds and rocks paint the stream bottom, glue in your Fly Fisherman then add a few coats of Modge-Podge. Simple and not costly
